Bob LeVitus is the author of Mac OS X for Dummies, and Dr. Mac: The OS X Files as well as a couple of dozen other books. He also writes the weekly column, Dr. Mac, for the Houston Chronicle and over the years has contributed to nearly every magazine that has or has had the word “Mac” in the Masthead. Bob’s a grizzled veteran in the Macintosh community with a knack for making technology understandable to even the beginning user.

Andy Ihnatko is one of the most distinct characters in the Macintosh industry. He’s given himself the title of “America’s 42nd most-beloved industry personality” and that says volumes for his left-field sense of humor. His comical slant on typically dry material brings it alive in a way that makes it hard to forget. Andy’s been writing to the Macintosh community for well over a decade. He’s currently the author of the prestigious Back Page column of MacWorld magazine. He’s famous for inventing the MacAquarium, a design that converts an original Macintosh into a fully functional aquarium.

John Welch is the co-author of Mac OS X Server Administrator’s Guide and has over ten years of Mac experience in the trenches of the IT world. He packs the hall at MacWorld Expo where he’s a regular speaker, sharing his experiences and knowledge on using Macs effectively in business and enterprise IT environments. John’s articles are frequently featured in MacTech Magazine, WorkingMac.com, and he is semi-regularly featured on The Mac Show conducting interviews with the geekier side of the Mac community. He’s recently been touring the country presenting seminars on Mac OS X administration to IT professionals from coast to coast.

Shawn King is the creator, host and Executive Producer of Your Mac Life, a 2 1/2-hour, weekly QuickTime streaming show that has aired, in various formats, every Wednesday evening for the past 8 years. He's the first to admit that he's not a journalist but just a regular Mac user like the people who listen to his show.

Sam Crutsinger is the President and Media Kingpin of TackyShirt. This Emmy Award-winning videographer has worked with MacAddict and The Mac Show as well as worked with film, video and multimedia projects covering everything from music videos to presidential campaigns. Sam's the president of the Global Online Macintosh User Group and teaches everyone who'll listen how to get the most out of their Macintosh. Sam may pop in periodically in the DVD. He's the driving force behind TackyShirt and the Executive Producer and Senior Editor for this project.
