Why "TackyShirt"?
Well, two reasons. First of all, we like tacky shirts. Loud, clashing, visually painful Hawaiian shirts that you get for ten bucks in Times Square, and fall apart after the first washing, that go with nothing.
Secondly, in the end, teaching someone the ins and outs of anything technical can be pretty dry. Too often, good content is ruined because there is no life in the presentation. TackyShirt‘s instructors are people who really know the material and they enjoy what they do. Their passion for the material comes across in their teaching style. We’ll make this stuff fun to learn. There's no reason why watching an educational DVD or spending two or three days in a seminar, should be a cure for insomnia. There's also no reason that a professional seminar needs to be dull. So we are going to make sure that in everything we do, there's that little bit of Tacky to wake you up, and make you smile.
